In this interactive, hands-on, Black love-centered space, we will share physical, emotional, and spiritual practices and resources for healing fibroids. This 4 hour interdependence lab will be a hands on learning and practice space for participants to explore, develop and use skills for treating fibroids on your own and navigating the medical industrial complex. We will cover the connections between intergenerational trauma and illness, celebrate the sacredness of our bodies and create intentional wellness plans to nurture our bodies resilience.
We strongly encourage participants to come with someone who will be on their support team. In addition to discussing how to offer your body support, we will also be exploring how others can support you on your healing journey.
